The meal served yesterday by Borbona was a hit with children!
On the menu:
• mushroom soup
• various salads: corn, tomatoes, beets, green salad, white cabbage salad
• polenta and goulash
• blueberry rollcake
The meal was big enough in quantity and children said it was delicious! Plus it was beautifully presented.
Not only did the children eat a lot better, but even the atmosphere was better. Also, children took their
time to eat.
The meal on Friday was:
• spinach and chard soup
• various salads: corn, tomatoes, beets, green salad
• rice and slice of chicken in sauce
• apple strudel
