This year's project

This school year, we will work around the following theme: the city. We will present an animation at the end of the year that will summarize the different works done throughout the year.

The primary school class will learn about:

- waste recycling

- transportations

- food : healthy diet and the making process of some products (bakery, milk...)

- road/traffic security

- housing evolution

Another project is a correspondence with a class in Madagascar to discover this country: exchanges about the landscapes, fauna, flora, standard and way of living, children at school etc... This will take place via internet which will allow children to get familiar with e-mails.

To encourage and develop their desire to write, the children will also create small stories which they will then bind into small books.

The favourite stories (previously elected by a reading committee) will be published online. At the end of the year, a compilation of these stories will be created.
