Chocolate Birthday Cake

To celebrate the September and October birthdays we have rolled up our sleeves and made a chocolate cake.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

* 200 g of chocolate
* 90 g of flour
* 90 g dof butter
* 70 g of sugar
* 3 eggs
* 5 table spoons of milk cuillerées à soupe de lait
* 1 pack of baking powder

 

* Melt the chocolate and butter 3 min in the microwave.
* In a large bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and the milk. Then add the melted chocolate/butter mixture.

* Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
